Ecosystems Project:
Using a Tic-Tac-Toe board, students
choose 3 ecosystems in a row to
research. As a table group, they make
a plan for their research (Big 6 Research
Model step #1: Task Definition) and find
appropriate sources to find info about
their ecosystems and the interactions of .
the producers/consumers within their
ecosystem. They present one of the
ecosystems using Fotobabble or
MyBrainShark

Energy Project:
Using a Choice Board, students
choose 2 types of energy to research. With
a partner, they research the energy,
similarities/differences, and form an opinion
on which is better. They used Prezi to
present their research, and in Mrs. Heinz's
class, they wrote an essay and typed it in
Google Drive.
